Description

A CT scan (computed tomography) is a non-invasive, painless imaging procedure that uses rotating X-ray beams and computer processing to create detailed, 3D cross-sectional “slices” of bones, organs, and soft tissues. It provides far greater detail than conventional X-rays and is used to diagnose internal injuries, tumors, and infections.
